My first day on cruise 2moro and planning to have:

B: dukan muffin
scrambled eggs
1 grilled rasher bacon (i know it's not allowed but I'm at the gym tomorrow for 2hrs and usually burn about 1200cals so i'm not going to worry about one rasher)
fried mushrooms -using fry light

L: turkey chilli, made with minced turkey (home-minced using lean turkey breast fillets with my brand new mincer that i bought today!)
tinned tomatoes
passata
dried chillies
accompanied by cauliflower rice
plain fat free yoghurt with lemon essence

D: spaghetti bolognese (lean mince, onions, garlic, pinch of curry powder, passata)
accompanied by courgette strips (instead of pasta)
dukan muffin

whad'ya think? does it look ok for cruise?

Sounds gorgeous!

I didnt know we were allowed that light fry spray? are we defo allowed it?
Have you tried the turkey rashers? There yum, you can get normal or smoked flavour..

I'm no expert I'm afraid but I think that looks good-I would say watch your ratio of protein to veg though.

Now... PLEASE do tell us how you burn so many calories at the gym! What sort of excercise do you do?:worthy::character00115:

Well done on 7lbs so far!

not sure if fry light allowed, will only be about 3 sprays - can anyone shed light on this?

I'm going to stick with the bacon, Hubster and Daughter having bacon sarnies, I can't justify paying over the odds for turkey rashers when it's only one i'm having... :)

hi sayyes,

I do one hour's aerobics class, then one hour of body pump (a weight training class but i do lift quite heavy weights - heavier than some of the blokes in there! )

thanks:)

@ sayyes,
can u elaborate on what you meant by protein to veg ratio? do you think it's too much veg or not enough?

I believe it's supposed to be 2/3 protein, 1/3 veg. I know you don't have the quantities there so just make sure it's not tonnes of veg with your turkey and mince!

ah yes, i see what you mean now. Yes, i will make the veggie portions a 1:3 ratio

thanks for that :D
