Second time around for me

Hi, I am on day 6 of the CD, I have previously tried it before and managed for 6 weeks, then gave in, this was mainly because of pressures at home.I lost so quickly the last time, I am keeping my fingers crossed it goes as well this time around for me.
I have found the first week this time so much easier, have felt cold but no headaches and fluey feeling I had last time.
I must confess I have had to have some zero coke as water really does make me gag,but Im sticking with it.Ive booked to take the Children to Tenerife for Christmas so here goes....
