i found this on someone elses post and thought it was brilliant! of course it doesnt include bingo wings, baby belly's or boobs that tuck into your socks, but the general idea is great.... and will do until i find some real 'fat' photos of myself ( i deleted them all and avoided the camera!)

I love this! Here's mine definitely good for motivation, makes me want to work harder to get to my goal. Good job they are opening a gym at work!

ohh thats very good...i did starting weight, current weight, and target weight! love it, i just cant get the picture to upload onto here..but it does look good...gonna go home and stick it on the fridge!

WOW! I feel like crying! This is really accurate! First piccie is my start weight of 13st 1lb, next piccie is where I am now, 11st 7lbs, last piccie is my ultimate target of 10st 7lbs. I've chosen these clothes are they are very similar to what I was wearing a month ago, on holiday in Cyprus!

When I first looked at this, it didn't go up what I weighed (for my height at least). It does now I've lost some, so I look forward to reducing 'me' down more!
