i know its normal to have a gain after cambridge but i did have 2 weeks of eating normal and pretty rubbish then i went to sw and last week i only lost half and this week i have gained a lb so far.
i'm so scared i'm gonna put it all back on.

I'm sure you're not - its just the body adjusting to the food. Can you up your exercise? I'm starting SW on tuesday, am finishing my little bit of Cambridge maintainance, then going straight over, i am determined to keep it off and fit into my new clothes, but plan to exercise at least every other day at the start as my body gets used to what looks like a lot of food! (anything is a lot compared to what you eat on cambridge :)

Please stop weighing yourself in between official weigh-ins - it can be so counter productive and what the scales say is completely meaningless anyway. So you don't know that you have put on a pound this week already.

Remember when you come off a low carb plan your glycogen stores shoot back up - and each molecule of glycogen is attched to 3 molecules of water (I think that is the correct ratio) water is atually quite heavy so can add another 5lb to your weight. If you have gone up half a lb in two weeks you may well have lost 4 and a half lb of fat!!!! So keep on and just wait for the next couple of weeks to see the real losses.

thank you all
yeah i have been lazy with exercise since finishing cambridge and thanks for water thing it makes me feel much better.
