Does anyone know the syns for Tesco flash in the pan, chicken and king prawns noodles. I can't find it in the book. The details are per pack. Calories 380, sugar 4.6g, fat 5.4g, saturates 1g, salt 1.7g . Thank you in anticipation

OK, we need: carbohydrates, protein, fat and calories (per 100g or per portion) as well as portion size)

If it's this it's:

6 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

That's using chicken and noodles as Free Food.
