well am on 3 Cambridge meals + a 200g meal have been since the start, if you need some info gimme a holla

Errghh, Just had my first one. My tummy hurts! I do feel as if Ive over eaten. Plus Im scared Im not in ketosis anymore though I did follow the rules.

CM, during my 810 week I felt so full after eating my tiny portion of cottage cheese and lettuce... But actually I lost the same as usual I think we're all the same
