Will cheese knock me out of ketosis

Nope won't knock you out of ketosis but your only allowed about 120g per day & it can stall some people... trial & error really!
 
I think Linz is right. It's usually 0.1g carbs per 100g weight. I went a bit overboard in the beginning, but I've noticed we don't eat half as much now. It didn't stall me though. You will soon work out what suits you.
 
Thanks for the help im on the lighter life program n had a melt down yesterday n needed to eat something so I had 2 slices not that much but cheers
 
I had the same concern as I went to work without my bar today and the only think the local shop sold that I could afford (I had 1.23p on me!) was a small cathedral city cheese snack bar) its 30g of cheddar. and 150kcal so I am assuming if I start to feel weak, rather than eat nothing until I get home from work at 6pm, the protein from the cheese may help me keep going. I dont want to mess up as I am within sight of my next goal and want to stay in ketosis and on track.
