Can I attend a different meeting?

I started SW and attend a group however I can't go to my normal group this week and wondered if I can attend a different group as a one off?

Yes, you can attend any SW meeting, anywhere.

yes, your 'contract' is with Slimming World not your Group so you can go to another group if it is more convenient

as the others said - yep you can weigh in at any group in the country!!
i've done this several times and in total have weighed in at 6 different groups to my own and never had a problem.

I've also done it too. Had to do it a day earlier than normal but helps keep me focussed rather than miss altogether.
