hi :D

out for lunch with the girls on sat and i always get the same thing at our local bcuz i loooovvveeee it lol it is chilli beef which has loads onion peppers courgettes etc and its served in pitta pocket but i always get it without pitta, im gona have it wit salad and back potato so only syns wud be the sauce, how many do u think??

It's not going to be that cheap as it will probably be full fat mince and fried, as well as the sauce.

From the book: average Chilli con carne, 400g serving - 10 syns on Red, 8.5 on Green/EE.

Dont know then, sorry. Only trying to help

It will prob be high, as oil will def be used and obviously the sweet chilli will be synned. Even if the beef is lean and can be counted as free, you are still looking at about 8 syns maybe more depending on how much oil is used and that is of course without the pitta. It will be impossible to give an accurate syn value without knowing nutritional value or exactly how it is cooked and the ingredients. But as a one off treat i wouldnt worry too much if you keep back plenty of syns to cover yourself - enjoy!!!

I was thinkin about 8 syns or so myself :D i am having very few today and 2mro so that i have extra for sat :D i shud have around 37 for sat which will more than cover my meal and few half sugar breezers :D

I wasn’t being rude was just saying J

Sorry, just a bit stressed today x :(

I agree with Britmum, but if you're having it anyway I wouldn't worry, just minimise syns elsewhere and enjoy it. :)

Aww big hugs ((_)))))

Yeah thats what im goin2 do J iv more than enough to cover and il cut back if i need to J if i count the meal at say 15 to be on safe side and have a few Bacardi breezers have sugar at 5.5 the 37 il have from today 2mro and sat will def cover it J
