If yea then I'd start on Wednesday, otherwise Tuesday. There's no point starting on Sunday as anythinng you get from the diet will be wiped out by Monday.
Don't go mad eating and drinking over the weekend as 'a last blowout' as all it means is anything you put on will take longer to lose with CD.
Just make sure you don't plan anything else for a while!
Talk to your CDC. Mine is really helpful, im going away for a night as its my OH's birthday next weekend and weve booked a hotel with dinner, B&B and I asked her what would be the best thing to do.
