I know, I'm totally off the wine now for the rest of the week!! I went for a nap, which had quelled the hunger pangs for now! Having a subway this afternoon with some weeklies then a salad for dinner!! Should sort the hangover! X
i always make sure i have some tins of fruit in juice in the cupboard !
drain off the juice and its a great free PP item that fills you up ... doesn't go out of date quickly and is part of your 5 a day. also can be used as or with something as a meal (i usually have it for breakfast if i know i have a high pp day coming up ... like today, or you can have a counted breakfast and fruit as an extra ! ) but also a good snack anytime of the day.
