Hi all,
I lost a few stone on total solution about half a year ago but since put a couple back on. I've restarted quite a few times, it's so much harder the second time isn't it - and each time I haven't managed to get into Ketosis. Well this time I will.
It's 3:53am. I can't sleep. Strange isn't it? Been reflecting on my life. I have a 9-5 job. I hate working - but am not secure enough to leave to pursue what I really want to be doing with my life so am stuck in a job at the moment. I know some people are happy at work, and others that aren't at work would love to be. But this is a subjective view on my own situation.
Life is ridiculous when you haven't got the independence to do what you really want to do. Be that financial, personal or whatever it may be.
My current thinking was sparked when i typed in - how to be blissful into google. Yeah I know random right! I've basically decided now that If I can't at least be in the life situation right now that I want to be in, I can at least be happy with whatever situation I am in. This is what I have power over. The rest I can work at getting there over time.
Anyway - that's enough about me and my life for now... on to the diet. Very simple. Exante Total - 3 packs a day. This time I will stick to it. I have just been thinking about next May. How awesome it would be to be 10 stone and wearing whatever I like. So this is the first couple of hours of that journey recorded
I'm going to update once a night.
I just weighed myself i'm 19stone 9ibs.
I have 25 shakes left over from last time, and in 7 days time I'm going to buy some more when I get paid. I can also borrow some from a friend for the odd day or so i'm short. So here goes... the start of a slimmer, trimmer, me.
