i normally drink 4-5ltrs a day and had a loss of around 3lb a wk, for a couple of wks i lost the plot with my water intake and was only haveing 2-3 a day and the loss droped to a 1lb a wk, and weigh-in yesterday had a big fat loss of 0lb!!! (but is totm this wk!!) also am nearing gosl weight so weight loss will slow down a bit!!
