Disbelief!

Is anyone else on here just in total disbelief at Dukan?! I can't BELIEVE I'm eating so much and I'm actually losing weight. I almost think I'm fooling myself...It hasn't quite sunk in yet! I have tried every 'diet' going...I have lost more on Dukan than I did on any of them, even bloody Cambridge and Exante *which cost me heaps and I didn't even get to eat actual food*
I don't understand why more people aren't on this diet? Even though I'm loathe to call it that because I had scrambled eggs and salmon this morning and a nice coffee with milk and a BLT for lunch!!!
I'm full of energy, fitting into clothes nicely, have a much more positive outlook and look forward to getting up in the morning having my Dukan food and checking the scales...
Just 100% OVER THE MOON that I found Dukan and this site x :D :D :D

WOW!!! Check you out Don'tWanna!!!! You and I started on the same day didn't we with more or less the same number of lbs to lose?! God, well done...totally spurs me on seeing you be so close to conso! I'm 8lbs from goal and I actually am genuinely shocked that it's in single figures now!!! I still am wondering when I see the scales going down whether maybe they're broken or something :/ Weird feeling being successful at a diet but I love it :)

I've been doing this since the beginning of feb, in conso since May, and I still have to pinch myself from time to time. Not do I feel like an archaeologist discovering long buried hip and cheek bones, but I have also seem to have lost cellulite, zits and IBS along the way.

Tell me about it. I still can't believe that I have lost the weight and so easily. I still weigh myself every morning convinced that I will be back to my old weight and each morning I am pleasantly surprised by what they say. Dukan is a fabulous diet when done right and carried all the way through.

WOW Atropos hip, cheek and even collar bones are my favourite "hidden" bones and losing cellulite well that is sooooo encouraging to me.
Well done on regaining your health I am happy for you:)

Thanks.

I can't believe it either.

I have been eating LOTS of steak mince but also quiet a bit of low fat greek yoghurt, with sweetener and vanilla essence.

It was totm last week but I don't think that made any diff to my weight as I put the 5lbs on because of all of the holiday food that I had.

I've been eating a ton of salmon but it's what I would order in a restaurant anyway even when not on diet so I'm loving it... I'm loving my collar bones at the moment too and the definition in my face! My Mister said to me the last day too, 'Where did those ribs come from?' and I was thrilled!!! Actually getting a 'shape' again other than 'round' ;)

My husband said I actually go in at the 'sides' now. He has a way with words, the old romantic (42 so not that old).

Blimey! I was only 9st 5lbs, it's not as if I have lost masses of weight.

I was only 10'4 at 5'5 which I don't think is huge either but I think with every 7lbs you notice a change...Can't wait to get to goal weight as I actually don't look 'fat' anymore, I now look 'healthy' but of course the next half a stone will get me to 'ideal'!!! I was a model when I met my Mister so I feel like I've shortchanged both of us by going up so much weight (at my absolute heaviest before Dukan I was 11'2) so altogether probably put on 2 stone since meeting him! I blame him completely for it ;) But now have lost 16lbs of that am well on my way back :) x

Yes this 'Diet' basically blows all previous conseptions of 'healthy eating/diets' totally on there heads!!
The more you eat (protein) the more/faster you loose!! I, as I am sure you guys agree wish he had written it years ago!

Oh God, I certainly do! It would have saved me a year or two of shame and food guilt and bad family photos and a big wad of money spent on all my big-clothes! x

I feel exactly the same - it's a great feeling isn't it :-D

I'm surprised how easy it's been. When I first started I thought it was going to take a huge amount of motivation to stick to eating so much protein. But I can honestly say it has been a pleasure! I wish I'd discovered dukan years ago - would have saved me from all the yoyo-ing over the years.

I honestly cannot believe it WillBeFab!!!! I keep thinking I'm imagining it or reading the scales wrong or maybe the battery on them is flat or...It just seems 'too easy'!!! :) YAY!
