morning to afternoon weigh in?

Hi all hope everyone is well. I get weighed at 9.15 at my pharmacist on a Tuesday...however after next Tuesdays weigh in i will have to change to a 3.30 weigh in due to being back at work in school...just wondering i know come afternoon weight in i will be heavier due to water and two shakes....wondering how much heavier...worrying me a bit as when i get the results that week i know i will be gutted??especially as its record on my lt card??

I can't see it making much difference. My weigh ins are always around 4 in the afternoon as its my break from work

Emerald, it shouldn't make much difference if any at all. And it will even out anyway as when the following weigh-in comes around you'll be starting from the previous 3.30pm weigh-in!
Don't be worrying hun, you're doing amazingly..keep it up.
