Slow weight loss problems :(

Hello! It's my first time here, so be nice!

I started University at 8 and a half stone (well that's what I kept telling myself, it was probably more like 9 stone if I'm honest). I graduated last month and was weighing in at 11 stone 4. :(

Since then I started exercising 4/5 times a week and stopped snacking on crisps/chocolate/sweets and trying to make better decisions but I've hit a block and would really love some support right now.

I have a bit of temporary work til September in a shoe shop, so can't go to the gym as my membership is off peak and that's when i work! Even though my job involves running up and down stairs for the majority of the time to get shoes, I don't feel like i'm really doing any exercise and my feet usually hurt after work which makes me just want to sit down!

I have to move back to my Mum's house in September as the rent finishes here, so my sister has said she will come jogging with me or on the trampoline to help me keep losing weight. The problem is at the moment I just feel stuck, I'm currently around 10 stone 9 and have been for the last 3 weeks or so!!! A few weeks ago i got to 10 stone 6 but i think that was because I cut back harshly on my food intake for the weekend as i was extremely busy, so i know that wasn't real weight loss.

I'd love to be around 10 stone by October or November. Just wanted to know if anyone had any motivational tips or extra exercises to do at home for now in the evenings???

Thanks for reading my long post, hope to hear from someone too!!

Hi, no need to cut back harshly on your food intake. The beauty of sw is that u can eat properly and not feel hungry or deprived. Do you have the sw book? If not try reading the magazine, theres loads of tips and advise in there and some fab recipes. This website is grest too. Have a look at the food diary forum, that will give u ssome ideas as well.
Everyone on here is really nice and always give geat advice.

Why not join the Really Slow Weight loss team? It's on this part of the forum.

We are all in the same boat, it's like pulling teeth sometimes but at least we can support each other. :)
