Is it this:
Rice Time Mexican Chilli, ambient, 300g pot 1½
That's the only thing shpwing up as Mexican that's not rice
EDIT:
or Chilli (without the 'Mexican') brings up:
Hot Chilli Sauce, jar, 500g jar 13½
Mild Chilli Sauce, jar, 500g jar 13½
Medium Chilli Sauce, jar, 500g jar 14½
Szechuan Chilli Sauce, jar, 500g jar 18
Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce, jar, 500g jar 26
