Quick background, have been on and off WW since last October and finally lost my first full stone - totally my own fault, I've been more off than on! Determined now and I will shift this last stone ASAP!

BREAKFAST
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes - 3pts
The measly splash of milk - 0pts (I genuinely measured this lol)

LUNCH
Pitta - 4pts
Quarter chicken breast - 1pt
Tomato - 0pts
Handful of mozzarella - 1pt (about 20g, goes far in pittas/wraps)

SNACKS
Wotsits - 3pts
Rich Tea Biscuit - 1pt

DINNER
Pasta - 6pts
Stir in carbonara - 3pts

Leaves me with 7 points for the day and 6 weeklies 'till Tuesday. Might have another snack tonight...or might have more pasta!

Here to follow your diary :) I hate too much milk in my cereal and I always weigh it and without looking at number on scale till after I pour it it's always between 56 and 58ml so strange ha x

I weigh in on a Thursday at the moment but have to change to a sat morning soon as I'm going back to college 2 nights a week.

I didn't make last week so weighed in work and showed a 4.5lb drop so fingers crossed they're accurate!
 
So decided to go out for dinner last night which is a bit of a fail - so that's the weeklies gone (and more!)
 
That's the plan! Gonna be busy at work today so have inverted breakfast and lunch points wise.

Probably have another snack or something but at least I'm on track. Weigh in is Thursday so not hoping for much this week but not eating into my loss from last week either please!

Cookie (I make no apologies, it was lovely) - 6pts

TOTAL - 33

So that's 45 weekly points left, not too bad for a Thursday! I could definitely do with comfort eating after the football tonight though but I'll resist :D
