can ne1 tell me if they can b used as a hex or the syn value as i wanna do brit mums pulled pork looks so lush!

57g of any wholemeal bread is a HEb, so if they are 57g or less they are fine, if not, you will need to syn the extra grams

for syns it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories as no free food allowance
