Things seem to be going completely the wrong way at the moment. I have had a week off work and come back 5lb heavier :( which means this month, up to now, I have gained more than I lost last month, and I am determined to put a stop to this now!! Come on TT, get a grip!! :whoopass:

MONDAY

Breakfast = Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)
Snack = Fruit
Lunch = Boiled egg salad
Snack = Fruit, shape 0% yoghurt, ryvita mini's (HEB)
Dinner = Mushypea curry with celeriac chips

Syns = 0 (meant to have a kitkat with my cuppa, but drank my drink before i'd opened it, and you gotta dunk a kitkat)

TUESDAY

Breakfast = Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)
Snack = Fruit
Lunch = Boiled egg salad with 3 EL laughing cows (1/2 HEA)
Snack = Fruit, yoghurt and Ryvita mini's (HEB)
Dinner =
Snack =

Syns = 7 - Hot chocolate
