was wondering if i made more than one wrap would they keep in the fridge till the next day.maybe filled and covered in cling film or left flat. only me would eat them. was thinking about using 100g of mung beans to make 4 wraps if possible.

they look really nice have got the mung beans but was wondering how much to use.

thanks in advance.

I made mine and stored them in the fridge separated by cling film. Personally I wouldn't recommend it, they went fairly dry and cardboard-y. I couldn't roll them up without them splitting and the contents falling out so I had to eat them out of cling film (to hold them together). I tried dropping a few drops of water on and microwaving for a few seconds but it didn't help.

Other people just made the batter mix and stored it in the fridge, cooking one as and when they needed it. It only takes 4 minutes to cook once you've got the batter made.

I have made mine and stored them in the fridge and they were ok. I have made two batches now and one broke up more than the other - i think because i added too much water to the mix. You really do need just enough to make it spreadable. Good luck!
