i went out on saturday night for a celebratory meal and i had the chicken, shared i bit of my OH's chicken starter and tried a mouthful of his dessert...

i lost 3lbs at my 7 week weigh in on saturday and apparantly i have put that 3lbs back on?

i know i havent been to the loo since my night out... please tell me this isn't "proper" poundage and it will come off quickly???
 
Eating that stuff might of taken you out of ketosis? It is definitely not fat gain.
