Just wondering how folks on alot of pro points do things

Im on 40 pp a day and found myself *adding* extra cheese and milk to my day to make sure i have all my points.

I dont want to deprive myself and certainly havent so far.
Just curious how people spend their points. I know personally i have to limit my carbs anyway or i bloat have stomach pains and dont lose so cant use too many points on rice or potatoes.

Sounds silly but i feel like when i have less points i will be a bit happier eating them will lower point items

I have 29 points and sometimes struggle to eat all of that, I'm finding I'm eating crap I never did before just to make up the points (cakes, sweets etc). It begs the question why is it I'm 2 stone overweight in the first place if in struggling to eat the points :|

One thing I seem to be saying to everyone who asks is adding seeds to meals- perhaps the ground flaxseed in any sauces/soups you have so you won't notice it? That way you're having the points you need, but then when you get down to lower amounts of points you can just eliminate the seeds and not have had to cut out any food :)

That's a good idea, I'll buy some in the next shopping run. Is dried fruit pointed? I'd be happier sitting eating that than cakes x

my leader told me to point dried fruit ,it's usually about 8 points for 100g of mixed dried fruit :)

hmmm, seeds, i think i have salad seeds somewhere will investigate cheers peeps
