Its quite easy really. Anything is allowed as long as the fat content is less than 5% per 100g on the nutrition label.

There are some great meal ideas in those that you can follow.
My main shopping list consists of things like:
Meats, potatoes, pasta & basmati rice, fruit pots such as pineapple/mandarins, innocent smoothies, low fat yogurts, salad, vegetables & plenty of low fat snacks like cereal bars, low fat crisps, small packs of biscuits.
I also have wholemeal bread, bagels & some quick meals like Weight watchers meals for times when I dont get chance to cook a meal xx
