I find brekkie the hardest meal of the day. I struggles to eat early and although I can eat at my desk I prefer it to be something grab-able rather than a bowl of cereal. Usually I will have cereal bars but I was wondering what other people have...

Any ideas/inspiration would be greatly appreciated :)

My favourite breakfasts are:

Weight Watchers bagel with jam & greek yogurt. (Around 200 cals total)

Alpen light bar (apple & sultana is my fave). (68 cals)

Asda fruit pots, you can buy pots of chopped pineapple, mandarins or mixed fruits (104 cals per pot).

Innocent Smoothies, the 18ml pouches (between 86-110 cals depending on the flavour you have).

Other breakfast bars such as Aldi/Lldl chocolate cereal bar for (100 cals).

On days where I have more time to make something I love low fat sausages, tinned tomatoes & loads of mushrooms or an omelette with ham & cheese. xxx
