Moving from online mebership to a group

Hi,
I'm new to this site and this is the first thread that I've started so appoligies if it's in the wrong place.

I did SW via the postal option about 5 years ago and lost almost 2st to reach my target weight. Since then I've gone off track and put all that weight back on again. So 4 weeks ago I decided I needed to diet again. I did CC with a Boots diet free trial for 2 days and was starving the whole time, plus my mum commented that I was talking about food ALL day long so she said, why don't you just do SW, you know it works! So I signed up to online membership and have lost 5.5 lbs in 3 weeks without being hungry and eating loads of yummy food including chocolate, got to love SW!

Anyway my question is, when I get to the end of the three months, the minimum that you can sign up for, I'd quite like to join a group, but by then I may well be close to my target and my BMI may be close to 20. Is there a minimum BMI that you have to have to join a group, if so would they let me join anyway because I've been doing SW online?

Thanks in advance and sorry for such a long post.

I transferred from online to a class. As I had some 'money' left on my account they transferred the remaining monies to a voucher - effectively covered registration with the class and a count down. No minimum BMI and should be no problem changing over. Just email the accounts department they will need some information from you which will be shown on the email template.

Hope that makes sense

I would have thought so I think I had about three months left.

I would recommend emailing them immediately though - they were very quick for me, it is certainly worth asking them. Almost forgot they will need your postal address as well. Takes a little while for the voucher to come through. Go for it

NB - they did say in my email that it was a goodwill gesture (whatever that may mean) - so I think that means they will let you do it once.

I am pretty certain it says in the FAQs on the online site that you can transfer to a group from online membership. But definitely best to contact them as the other poster has said.
