Shirataki noodles are 10 calories per 200grams so 0.5 syns on a red day. Thought i'd post here to let anyone doing a red day know :) Always do EE but think i will mix it up and do some red/original days now i can have my stir frys for so little syns and no healthy extras! lol xx

How come plain boiled noodles are 1.5 syns for 28g on a red day then!! Vvvv confused! Where do i find these magic noodles please????

the shirataki noodles are made from yams and are very low in carbs. This is why they are so much lower in syns on red days than normal noodles

You can buy them online or from chinese supermarkets

I had a look at the sight and have to say I am intrigued by the salad dressings and the flavoured syrups. What ones have you tried and what are they like? It is expensive but depending on quality I might be tempted by the idea of some bleu cheese salad dressing or amaretto to go in my coffee...

i have ketchup, ranch dressing and honey dijon, will defo be ordering more stuff from there x

Is the ranch dressing very synthetic tasting or is it nice? I think I might place a small order to try some stuff if I have any money left when I get back from holiday in a few weeks.

i like it, much nicer than honey dijon. i dont even like tinned soups because of the synthetic flavour but didnt notice it at all with the dressing. xx

Is that syn value on 200g cooked or dried weight ? Thanks x
They are stored in water so dont think weight would change hun if that makes sence :) I used the whole pack and was sooo stuffed :D
