Vanilla Pod/essence

Hi everyone need a little bit of help!!

does anyone know if vanilla pods and vanilla essence are free??

really need to know ! as been making rice pudding with both in .... eaten loads haha .... i think they must be as still lose 3.5lbs the week i ate loads

Yeah as far as I know vanilla pods would be fine.

And ALL essences, flavourings and colourings (for baking etc) are freee
