We need per 100g or per portion:
Calories
Carbohydrates (total, not just sugar)
Protein
Fat
And the portion size if it is per portion.

Could someone please run these through the syn calculator for me? I don't have access.
Per burger(50g) - 127 cal, 13.5g carbs, protein 6g, fat 5.4g
They are basics range (never seen another supermarket do basics veggie stuff very impressed) so only £1 for 4. Not bought them yet but would if syn value isn't too high x

Need to know what the top ingredient is on the list to count for free food, otherwise it will just calculate a 1 syn per 20 calories. Is it a soya burger, a bean burger? Something else?
I can see these, but theyre 57g so probably not the same thing? :
Basics Vegetable Burgers, 4 pack, frozen, 57g each 3½

Thanks Erm. Sorry it's fake chicken so would assume soya? They are quite a new product. Did search for them but just came up with this thread so thought I would post the nutritional info. x
