Making The Gap Bigger

Ok so i have been doing sw for 13 weeks now and have lost a total of 1 stone 6.5 lbs but i have started going in the wrong direction so have decided to start a diary.
My main reason for starting sw was that me and my hubby to be were weighed and i weigh 1 lb more than him dispite the fact i am 1 foot smaller than him. I decided right then that i had to do something before me got married.
Since starting sw he has lost half stone too but i am now nearly a srone lighter than him!!!!

Now i need fo make the gap bigger!!!
 
Thanks unfortunetly the stats for the past 4 week r +1lb so not that good just need a kick up the bum.

So today.....
breakfast frylite fried eggs and beans.

Dinner superspeed soup!

Already done 30 day shred so today is looking good :-D
 
Jacket potato with beans, a salad and corn on the cob for tea. Now for a friends birthday night out, gunna drive so those ciders dnt tempt me!!!!

same problem with me and OH, he is skinny and taller than me, and weighs (now, after me having lost nearly a stone) still about 1 stone lighter than me. My target weight is half a stone under his current weight!

Its rubbish isnt it??? I hate nt been as skinny as him and it makes me feel fatter. Well ive decided i am not walking down the isle until im skinnier!! 22 months and counting!!
 
So today has been a bit rubbish. Football saturdays normally r!!!
breakfast/dinner i had sw fried eggs
For tea a had chinese noodles with chicken
And as a snack had 2 alpen bars.
Very rubbish i know but its hard to eat properly on a football day!!
 
Aww cool, I went to all home games the season before last, not much last season but am looking forward to travelling up to Norwich to see them away!! The train is a lot easier from Chelmsford to Norwich rather than Chelsea!!

Exciting eh!!! Hope this helps boost my weight loss cos i really am in rutt!!
