Thanks everyone xxx

Well done Crims! How inspiring was that post! Were you super strict all the way or were you tempted to eat or pick at foods? Also can i ask if you used the water flavoring every day? .. . .Polly: -)

I didn't use the water flavouring no.

I didn't eat any carbs at all, I did some TS and some WS. The days I did WS I had 2 shakes and a omelette or lean chicken!

I only had two treats, one in the 5th week a meal at marco Pierre whites - no carbs but a sugary pudding. And a mcdonalds last weekend haha

I have had the odd picking at lean meat on tough says, bur mainly stayed true to plan.

I've also had the odd glass of wine

Hope this helps xxx

Oh I've also substituted a shake with an asda or tesco approved bar

Oh I also drank sparkling water, coke and dr pepper zero, and had full fat milk in my morning tea x

Well done crims ...?we started at the same time I think and I have also lost 19 lbs !! But relaxing now food wise gonna try and maintain with lowish carbs and exercise !!

Waaaaaaooowwh I bow down at your willpower and I love the way you are making the plan work for you. I'm on TS and didn't realise I could switch from that to WS as I've been rigidly strict so far. And yes I've had cravings for meat or bits of cheese the odd time but abstained and stayed miserable but ever hopeful!
I really do find the water flavouring helpful as I'm not used to downing 3 litres a day! Hearing you even had a meal and a wee glass of vino is great as it's my wedding anniversary tomorrow and we'd planned a meal out with friends .. . . .which I was dreading til now so BIG THANK YOU! I'm more positive than ever and will try to adapt Exante a bit more to suit me but while still maintaining good results!
Thanks Crims :)) from Polly

i think as long as you are sensible you are fine, i even went out for currys but had tandoori meat and sag bahji (spinach). Go and enjoy yourself, don't see it as a break just a continuation. it's vital the next day you get back on it, I have a diary too which gives a bit more detail if you want to take a look.

Hope you have a nice time out xx

Hey Crims...what an inspiration!! I like how you see having a meal is a continuance rather than a break. I have a birthday BBQ on Sunday and I don't anyone to know. We are all on a barge for the whole day and I thankfully I have said that I would supply the meat. I am also taking my trusted Dr P and Coke 0. I think I will be ok, I just hope it does open the flood gates and I want to scoff the lot!!

I am interested that you had full fat milk; I am presuming because it has less carbs. I will have to find out how much as I can't stomach black tea.

Well done, you are keeping me inspired, everyday so thank you xxx
