Tandoori's pretty healthy, you can just google it and adapt the recipe by omitting any oil and using fat free yoghurt. This was the first one I found when I googled:Tandoori Chicken (Tandoori Murghi) Recipe

I do an easy one with a tandoori spice mix from Tesco:

2 chicken breasts
4 heaped tbsp fat free yoghurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp mild chilli powder (or to taste)
4 tbsp tandoori masala

- Chop chicken into cubes or score it if you're leaving it whole
- Put the garlic & salt in a pestle & mortar and crush to a paste (or you can use a garlic press if you haven't got a P&M)
- Mix the garlic paste with all the other ingredients and then mix thoroughly with the chicken so it's well coated (or coat the chicken piece if you're keeping it whole)
- Leave to marinade in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Then cook it however you like (grilled, BBQ'd, on sticks or whole, in a pitta or whatever)

I serve it with a mint dip:

1 bunch mint
1 small clove garlic, roughly chopped
5cm cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cubed
150g plain low-fat yogurt
Juice 1/2 a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Put everything in a blender and whizz til smooth. Serve chilled.
