Hey everyone I am after some inspiration for my tea tonight.

I am not a fish lover, but occasionally I will try 2 eat fish again as I hope my tastes buds have changed.

I bought some tuna steaks & thought I would do them tonight with salad for me, hubby & kids.

The kiddies r not fussy at all (although they r not good with anything too spicy) please could someone give me some idea of what to 'do' with the tuna steaks please, I was thinking tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, onions.....what do u think?

Thank u. X X X

Ingredients

1.worcestershire sauce
2.half a lemon
3. 2 cloves of crushed garlic
4. extra virgin olive oil 1 table spoon ( hxb)
5. tomatoes
6. parsley or any other herbs you like
7. a pinch of sea salt if you want

Method

For 2 tuna steaks (200g)
1. Fill about 1/8 of a cup with worcestershire sauce. If you don't like worcestershire,
2. Squeeze half a lemon into it.
3. Add crush 2 cloves of garlic and add to the mixture.
4. Add about 1tblsp of olive oil, a little pepper, parsley or any other herbs you like, and a pinch of sea salt.
5. Mix everything well.
6. Place the steaks on a pan or any dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the steak on all sides to make sure the marinade is all over it.
7. Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
8. After 30 mins, heat a pan and cook the steaks on the pan. There is absolutely no need for more oil since you've already added it to the marinade.cook and keep tossing the steak for 5-8 mins.
