It is free. But the Total 2% is sooooooo much better, REALLY creamy - and still only 0.5 syns for the small pot or 1.5 for the enture gigantic 500g pot!
If its going in cooking I use such a negligible amount (definitely less than half a small pot) that it works out as free anyway, so I only use 2% now
