Everyone is different Jessie there is no right our wrong amount to lose. Its all about being happy with what we do lose and continuing on our journey to skinny!
On my first week i lost 6lbs and on my second week i lost 5lbs but then on my third week a stayed the same to balance it out, but i was nearly 18 stone when i started with terrible eating habits so i think my body went into to shock mode especially when i first actually ate breakfast lol!
