Hello to you I am new to the thread and starting Cambridge diet on Friday, really nervous about starting would love to chat to people on this diet to gain advice and learn of your successes. Good luck to everyone on diets and wish you all the luck in the world

Welcome! I'm not using the Cambridge diet myself but I'm sure you will find other helpful people on the site who are Good luck!
