Exante Shakes v Cambridge

I have done CD a few times and only ever had the ready made choc shakes as thats all i liked.
Is there anyone else who only liked them that now does Exante. Please advise as looking to start this.

hey . The exante shakes are very different to the CD ones . The CD ones are super sweet , especially the choc tetra , and the exante ones are much more subtle . I do however find the exante ones much thicker and creamier and they satisfy me much better , i dont feel as hungry on exante as I did on CD . i think with any TFR diet , the shakes can be a little strange tasting at the start , when you are used to normal food with all the additives etc, then to go to shakes that contain all your daily requirements .. they are not going to taste like crusha !! .... but give it a week or so and your taste buds change so much, you can get used to anything
