I've been NOT ONLY carefully counting calories, but also choosing healthier foods over junky foods and I've gotta say that I am just blown away by how well CC works!! Since I've started a few weeks ago, I've lost *drum roll please!*
TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS!! <3 Yaaaaay!!! And the crazy thing is: I just can not find the motivation to excersice. I do every now and then but I would love to work out EVERY DAY!! I need to try to focus on getting motivated to move my lazy butt. Any advice?
