Hello!
I didnt know this was here how did I miss it?
I've hit my 100 lost again tonight! (put a few lbs back on after an operation :sigh
Thought I'd say hi, at the moment I'm only under the 200 to lose because I thought I'd set my target a bit higher than the 'suggested' because I'm not sure I'd look healthy at the suggested weight.
