Have you tried doing a search? there are lots of spag bol recipes in this forum

i have no idea how to search i cant use the web very well haha but ill give it a go see what i can find

I made one yesterday using:

400g EL mince
2 medium onions
2-3 large carrots
350g mushrooms
2 peppers
Garlic - it was garlic puree, but the equivalent of 5 cloves
1 beef oxo
2 oxo spag bol cubes
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 box of passata
Worcestershire sauce
Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
Sweetener to counteract the acidity of the tomatoes

Method:

1. Chop and cook the onions and carrots until soft (I do mine in the microwave with added water - takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the power of the microwave). Chop and cook the peppers for about 5 minutes.
2. While the veggies are cooking brown the mince with the garlic. Dry fry the mushrooms until browned.
3. When the veggies are cooked add to the mince, then add the beef oxo, spag bol cubes, italian herbs, chopped tomatoes, passata, a good shake of worcestershire sauce, sweetener (approx 1tbsp), salt and pepper and cook for about 1 hour on low heat, or until reduced to the consistency you like.

Spray a frying pan with Fry Light and cook the onion until transparent then add the meat and cook until brown. Put to one side.

In a deep saucepan spray with Fry Light and cook the onion until transparent, then add, garlic, carrot, peppers, mushrooms and celery and cook for 10 mins.

(If you want a smooth sauce then remove from the heat and using a hand blender blitz to a smooth sauce.)

Add the meat and the tomatoes, Worcester sauce and season to taste, cook until it thickens.

Add spaghetti to the sauce, mix and serve!
