Different Brands

Please help! I'm from Canada and not familiar with a lot of the brands being discussed on this forum. Can someone please tell me how to calculate the syns if you know the: amount, calories, grams of fat, grams of sugar?

You can't do it unless you are a SW member and have access to the syn calculator on the SW website.

However for foods that have no free foods as a main ingredient you can use the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule.
