Bikini countdown

I did have a diary already but it's a million pages old.

I'm going on holiday on the 9th September. With the exception of my Birthday this coming week I plan to be 100% here on in. I'm so close to being decent weight I'm not giving up.

Wish me luck please I'm determined to wear my bikini with pride this year.

Good luck...........I have been doing this for 8 weeks now to get into my bikini when we go away on 24th August....lost 2 stone 1lbs so far and I don't look too bad. Would be delighted to lose another 5lbs or so before I go away.

I am sure you will look great in that bikini or resort to the 'nobody knows me, nobody cares' attitude!!!

I have decided in my head to count this as day one even though ive been on this diet for a while.

I want to lose a stone before I go on my hols. I have been doing WS most days but feel that I am losing a bit of the discipline.
Oh my scales broke so i have reserved a set in Argos today , lol and I can measure that stone. 14 lbs aint so bad if you say it quick.

On a positive note I am wearing a pair of jeans today that I havent worn for 4 - 5 years! How good does that feel and they still look fashionable. I cant believe I kept some clothes for that length of time but I never really gave up hope of being normal again. I must have thought I was 'fat' then because the size label is cut out. I used to cut the size labels out of all my clothes because I hated my size then I got to the stage that i didnt care any molre so didn't bother.

Hubby needs to lose weight too - last night he complained he needed a new suit for work. We pulled all his suits out of the ward robe - he has 5 that almost fit him ..just a little bit tight. I told him it would be cheaper to go on exante for a week or two rather than buying a couple new suits at a couple hundred pounds. Im not sure he can do it though, he says all the right words ...you know ..... i was like that for a long time.

Anyway - busy day today ahead. got several appointments with the kids so better go.

I had strawberry shake this morning. I just ordered a batch of chocolate shakes to see me through the next few weeks too.
