Does anyone know how many PP are in the sachets? I still have a few left but was thinking of PP'ing from tomorrow.

I dont have a lipotrim bag to get the NI, but thanks anyway Jan, I am not going to do the PP anyway now, Just healthy eating. I feel with the enemy having gone, it would be silly to put pressure on myself to do something as strict, so I will just plod along until after the holidays and then knuckled down and address any gain.

Up to now, I am holding my own, bar 1lb....so more than happy with that.

Good decision imho ... you need to be kind to yourself. The nutritional values will probably be on the website if you ever do what the pps xx

By the time I have got to the stage to consider sticking to a (real) diet, the shakes will have gone anyway. Still finishing off the load that I got from my friend in work for £20. Must check tomorrow and see how many are left.

Still got 6 lipotrim chicken soups if you or anyone else want them.
