So I'm on the 3rd day of refeed and weighed this morning an am down 1lb. Hope that carries on!
Day 1:
Bekkie: Vanilla Shake
Lunch: Choc shake
Dins: Chicken breast baked, side salad bowl green salad with red onion and one boiled egg.
No snacks an only water
Day 2:
Brekkie: Vanilla shake
Lunch: Choc shake
Dins: Salmon fillet baked, side salad bowl green salad, peppers and red onion.
No snacks and only water.
Feeling good! Had Choc shake this morning for brekkie and intend to have 2 healthy meals today! Watch this space!
