Stir fry vege

is it super speed and super free if done with fry light ?

Pretty much all veg is Superfree (irrelevant of how they're cooked - as long as it's not with oil) and they're nearly all Speed but not Super Speed.

It's quite a bit of fruit that's Super Speed.
