atkins or dukan

Can anyone tell me what they like about atkins that you dont like about dukan thanks

Hi yummy... Dukan would be too severe for me right now... Atkins is an easier diet to follow ... You'll get lots of advice on here... Good luck with whatever one you decide to do ...

Am worried i am going to eat to much cheese on atkins is it true you can now have diet coke as it has no carbs?

You don't have to eat cheese on Atkins; and re diet coke, most brands have citric acid in them which stalls quite a few people.
