Ultimate slimming World?

andi

Bye bye bellies!!!
Hi

Im a newbie to slimming world - day one today (again). I have tried SW before but failed miserably because I ate foods I didnt like because they were free :( and hated the diet. After looking at the recipe section I see that there are loads of yummy sounding recipes that dont sound like diet food so here I am. I need a long term plan and way to eat because I have 7 stone to lose.

So i was just wondering what is your ultimate favourite sw breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks ? I would like to try curries, chilli, casseroles etc that are yum and I can feed to my kids without complaints.

Im starting with EE and I havent joined a class and wont until I can convince myself that I can stick to this!

Thanks

Andix

I vary my breakfast so one day I have a full english (bacon, sausage, spicy onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs) then the next I will have porridge with fruit or weetabix with fruit. Dinners are either pasta n sauce or beef butty, salad, or veg. Tea I change all the time so we don't get bored. There are loads of recipes on here so I'm never stuck for ideas. Sw is amazing, I'm never hungry and ALWAYS have dessert! X x

Well done for rejpining. If you have a look thru the forum, there is a 'what's for lunch' thread and one for dinner too. Loads of people post fabulous diaries which are worth a read and there are some who post pics of their food too-always useful to know what a recipe should look like :)
The slow cooker thread is great too, and 'Britmum in canada' has an awesome site called slimming eats that has lots of really nommy recipes on :) good luck

Good luck on your SW plan :) I do EE and have 4 kids. Trying to keep all our meals the same.
Breakfast is fruit and ff yog or weetabix cruncy bran with milk and banana Lunch is generaly salad and meat, eg. grilled pork chops, chicken skewers, ham or chicken salad. Tea is my fave meal. I have found sooo many recipies on here it never gets boaring and always something we all fancy. We generaly have meat potatoes/pasta/noodles and veg, eg. roast dinner, hot pot, spag bol, stir frys, burgers or my ultimate fave of a fry up
Snacks are apples with cheese or veg sticks with quark and full use of syns for curly wurlys and walkers baked :) xx
