Unfortunately my Kindle froze while I was on holiday - not dropped or spilled on - just froze. Very irritating because I had made a decision not to take any books - although my husband had kept reminding me how it would ruin my holiday if I didn't have books to read. I was lucky because the campsite had a library where people had left books that they didn't want to take home, otherwise I would have been really stuck!

Anyway although I'd had it for more than the 30 day guarantee period, there was no quibble, they are sending me a new one. Excellent customer service I think!
