hi all i am doing this from home myself i was wondering if it is just 1 healthy extra A and 1 healthy extra B you are allowed each day someone told me that used to go it was 2 of each you are allowed Ta very much for any advice Meg
If you're doing EE then it's one of each, but if you're following the Green/Red plans then you should have two B choices and either 1 or 2 A choices xx
You're not being stupid at all! Your healthy extras are seperate to whatever free food or syns you have, even on EE. You can choose to incorporate them into meals though...e.g. 2 slices of wholemeal toast with your breakfast, or cheese in an omelette for instance. It depends what you choose to have as your healthy extras xx
