I have about 2 pints of water with squash daily I make it quite weak and it doesn't effect me. I hated the Cambridge one I spent £5 on it and used it twice! I also have diet coke I know they say u shouldn't but it's my treat to myself once a day or once every 2 days. This diet is limiting enough I think not having squash is taking it to another level.. These little things make me stay on plan
People feel differently about it though so really up to u, this is just my opinion x
